Peaky Barbers – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Appointment Policy

– 1.1 Clients must notify Peaky Barbers of any cancellations or changes at least one (1) hour before the scheduled appointment

– 1.2 Failure to do so constitutes a no show, recorded if missed without notice.–

-  1.3 Clients are allowed up to three (3) no shows.

After the third, clients may be removed from our booking system and/or restricted to walk in only, at Peaky Barbers’ sole discretion.

– 1.4 Arrivals delayed by more than ten (10) minutes may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

 

 

2. Late Cancellation / No Show Fees

– If a cancellation occurs less than one (1) hour before the appointment or a no show occurs, Peaky Barbers reserves the right to charge a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service price, via the payment method on file.– Repeated infractions may result in advance payment requirements, deposits, or permanent removal from the booking system.

 

 

3. Deposit Policy– For high-value services

(e.g., special treatments), a non refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.– Deposit forfeiture applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

4. Direct Sales and Refund Policy

– Sales of products in store are final unless the product is unused, unopened, and returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days.– Defective items may be accepted for exchange or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

 

5. Payment Methods

– Payment can be made in-shop via cash or card.– Refunds are not permitted, except as stated in section 4.– Peaky Barbers may hold a card-on-file for security, late fees, or no show charges, provided the customer has given explicit consent.

 

6. Communication Consent & Privacy

– By booking an appointment, clients consent to:– - Receiving appointment reminders or changes via email/SMS/phone;– - Being contacted for marketing, unless they opt out;. – Client information is used exclusively by Peaky Barbers, never sold or shared with third parties.– Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

– To the fullest extent allowed by law, Peaky Barbers is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from services or products.– Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property & Use of Website

– Content on Peaky Barbers’ website (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us.– Users must not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of this content without permission.

 

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

– These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Athens.– Any dispute not resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Athens.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

– Peaky Barbers reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing updates.– Continued use of our services following publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

11. Severability

– If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
